VYNE is all about connecting you to fresh, delicious food. We want to empower you to grow, while being your support system in building a healthy lifestyle. It seemed fitting to model ourselves after the vine, nature’s original connector. We’re taking notes and always looking for ways to live up to our name. Learn more about our story here!

Is your food 100% plant-based?

Yes! We use no animal products of any kind in any of our offerings. Learn more about why we think eating 100% plant-based is awesome here.

Will I really be getting the protein and nutrients I need?

Absolutely. Our chefs ensure that each recipe is designed to include all the nutrients and protein your body needs, while also tasting delicious. Fortunately, plants have all the right things, like calcium, magnesium, fiber, vitamin C, vitamin D, potassium, and essential fatty acids. And VYNE meals are packed with whole-food based protein sources that are easy for your body to break down and turn into energy. Fun fact – did you know many green algaes have twice as much protein per gram as chicken?

What are your vegetable sourcing guidelines?

VYNE sources our Vegetables from Local Growers in the Tri-State Area. Following our belief that the shorter the period of time from Farm to Mouth impacts the nutritional benefit of what you ultimately put in your body, the proximity of the farm to our chef’s hands is extremely important to us. We work with Organic, Pesticide-Free, Sustainable Growers through our network of partners to ensure the food you put in your mouth is more important than the gab that comes out of ours.

How long do my meals stay fresh?

Our meals stay fresh for around three days, give or take, which is why we deliver twice a week – to make sure your food is as fresh as possible. Our dry goods like granola and crackers stay fresh for up to a month!

Are my meals ever frozen?

Your meals, and all of the ingredients that go into them, are never frozen. Not ever!

How do I reheat my meals?

Simply follow the microwave instructions on each meal to heat and enjoy.

Do you discard meals if I don’t pick them up?

Unfortunately we are required by regulation to discard your meals if not picked up by the expiration date. Please pick up your meals within a day or two of delivery, otherwise your delicious plant-based goodness will go to waste!

How many calories are in a meal?

VYNE meals vary in calorie content, generally ranging from 200 to 500 calories per serving. These calories come from unprocessed, fresh, and nutritious ingredients – 100% of the time. Detailed nutrition information is available for every menu item, so you can pick and choose those that fit your lifestyle!

I have allergies – how do I know what ingredients are in my meal?

Check out the description tab for each menu item on our website to see a list of any common allergens. You can also check out the detailed nutrition label, so you will know exactly what you’re ordering! Don’t hesitate to reach out to hello@vynelife.com if you still have questions.

What is the deadline to place an order?

  • FOR SUNDAY/MONDAY DELIVERY | Place order by Thursday (4 days ahead)

  • FOR WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY DELIVERY | Place order by Saturday (4 days ahead)

This is to ensure we have time to source the freshest plants possible for your made-to-order meals.

What days of the week do you deliver?

We deliver twice a week to our partner locations, first on Sunday night or Monday morning and then on Wednesday or Thursday morning, depending on your location. Specific delivery times vary by partner location. Please contact us if you would like to know the approximate delivery time for your partner location.

Why do you deliver twice a week?

We want your food to be as fresh and delicious as possible. Delivering twice per week allows our chefs source the best ingredients and prepare meals no more than three days before you sit down to enjoy them!

How do I select a delivery date?

When you check out, you will have the option to select either Monday or Wednesday / Thursday for your delivery.

Can I choose my meals on a meal plan?

Yes! We’re all about options. If you sign up for one of our pre-designed meal plans, our chefs will suggest their favorites each week, but you can always make changes. If you sign up for a custom meal plan, it’s all in your hands – you build your own schedule and menu each week. If you’re up for anything, just let us know, and we’ll take care of designing your menu for you each week.

If I have a meal plan, when does it get billed? What if I want to skip a week? What if I want to cancel?

Meal plans (on automatic billing) are billed every Wednesday night, the same day as our ordering deadline. You can always skip your meal plan for a week by going to “My Account” at the top of the website, just make sure to do so before Wednesday night. If you want to cancel your meal plan, you can also do this under “My Account” before Wednesday night – but you should consider just skipping instead!

If I place an order but something comes up, can I cancel it?

You can always cancel your order for a full refund before the ordering deadline for your order's delivery date (Wednesday of the prior week). Just email us and let us know. After the ordering deadline, our general policy is to offer 50% back since by that point we've already sourced the produce for your meal, but if you email us with your specific situation we may be able to accommodate 100% depending on the circumstance. Things come up and we are very nice and understanding people!

Can I pick up from a gym or studio that I’m not a member of?

Yes! Please use our delivery location map under the “How it Works” tab to locate the most convenient pick-up spots for you. They love visitors. Maybe check out a class while you’re at it!
